The candidate has to ensure that their education / qualifying degree has been issued from a recognized university only.
At the time of online registration the candidates have to scan and send all their relevant documents as mentioned in registration process on this website.
The admission would be processed as per the information provided by the student and if at any stage, it is found that a candidate has furnished any wrong or misleading information, his/her candidature will be cancelled immediately. In any such case, no claim for refund of any type will be entertained.
The student should ensure that they satisfy the eligibility norms for the program they wish to enrol.
Submission of documents and payments to university is subject to eligibility criteria as per the guideline of the university.
The student has the options for selecting the fees payment plan at the time of admission only.
In case of deferred/installment payments as mentioned above, postdated cheques should be accompanied with the admission form.
Upon receipt of complete set of mandatory documents and applicable fees, the University enrollment team would then verify all the documents with respective fees.
The reference number would be initially generated within 21 working days after receipt of complete set of documents and applicable fees. The student should receive the acknowledgement letter, LMS login credentials and study material dispatch intimation within 21 working days after submission of all mandatory documents & applicable fees. The enrollment number would be generated within 60 days from submission of complete documents and fees for processing. The ID card would be couriered once enrollment number is generated.
The admission will be treated as enrolled only after Enrollment Number has been generated by University.
University reserves the right to change the policy, program structure, course curriculum, eligibility norms and course conduction pattern and revise fees at any point of time.
The prospective student should check their eligibility before enrollment, any refunds and cancellations, a written request would be accepted only within 15 days from date of fees payment. Refunds at discretion of the university.
In case any of the provisionally enrolled student is allowed to appear for the exams, the university has the right to hold the result for the said student till all the documents are not submitted for confirmed admission purpose and it satisfies university requirements as per UGC guidelines.
The rights for admission would be as per eligibility criteria for every program as set by the university and admission to any program is at the discretion of the university. Admission may be revoked in future in case the documents submitted do not satisfy the requirement of the university during our periodic inspection processes. The admission fees paid by the student for such cases would be refunded by the university to the student.
